Solplanet photovoltaic is one of the brands owned by AISWEI with Headquartered in Suzhou, Jiangsu. In April 2019, AISWEI became an independent research, development and manufacturing company. In 2020 they introduced their own product brand Solplanet of high-quality reliable products for the international market, in compliance with German quality standards. Their motto state: “For the future of our planet, we bring power from the sun”
The challenge
The client’s brand was relatively unknown in the labour market in Poland and in 2019 they needed to hire the Sales Country Director for the new operational branch in CEE, more specifically in Poland.
Despite the fact that the talent pool for a sales position is quite open and moves around the markets, the brand name also plays a crucial part in the market especially when it comes to changing a job.
The solution
Despite the very competitive market and lack of brand recognition in the region, we decided to first run in-depth market research and talent analysis. After having consulted with the client and tweaked the talent acquisition strategy we decided to act.
With a clear strategy in our mind thanks to the market research everything became much easier and that led to astonishing results.
